Our Features

Location

Princess Towers is strategically located in the Central Business District of historic Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

We have 84 Studio (Bachelor); 52 - one bedroom; 59 - two bedroom; and 5 - three bedroom apartments or 268 rooms in our 200 unit building. A few units have not been renovated recently but most have updated kitchen cupboards, washrooms, flooring, and appliances.

Princess Street is the major downtown street and the bus stop in front of us provides easy access to most areas of Kingston.

Many of our customers are Graduate Students at Queens University because we are less than a 10 minute walk to the main campus. In addition we normally have a n umber of undergrad Queens students, a few students from St Lawrence College and the Royal Military College, as well as young professionals, retirees, and others who want to live at our desirable downtown location.

The Brass Pub, Bubbas Pizza, Classics Tea & Food Store, Dairy Queen, and a soon to open international fast food Franchisor share the street level of our property.

Because Princess Towers is one of the tallest buildings in the Central Business District of Kingston, we have several national and regional communication providers.

Our 56 underground and 28 surface parking stalls provide for our vehicle storage needs.

We are across the street from a large grocery store and City bus stop.

We are a few steps from a Shoppers Drug Mart and there are many neighborhood dining options (restaurants, bars, cafes, coffee shops & internatinoal eateries) and retail outlets nearby catering to the diverse local population.
