All apartments have stoves & fridges. Some may have a single combined fridge-stove unit, while others have a fridge, convection oven/microwave, & hotplate.
We have a limited amount of furniture that can be rented based on availability (first come first served). A unit, if rented furnished by the prior tenant it will probably be available with furniture - check with the office. When requested, and depending upon availability, we will attempt to obtain and provide the following:
· Style 0 (Studio-Bachelor units) will have a bed, dresser, chair, student desk, window & shower curtains, microwave and TV;
· Style 1 (Single 1 Bedroom) will have a bed, dresser, chair & desk, window & shower curtains, small kitchen table with 2 chairs or eating counter top with bar stools, loveseat, microwave and TV;
· Style 2 (Double 2 bedroom) will have a bed, dresser, chair, & desk in each bedroom; as well as window & shower curtains, loveseat, small kitchen table & 2 chairs or eating counter top with bar stools, microwave and TV.
Additional monthly cost to furnish units:
Studio Bachelor $125
Single 1 Bedroom $225
Double 2 Bedroom $300
Note: We do not provide furniture in the larger apartments with balconies (Styles 1A, 2A, 2B & 2C).
